This article contains all the information you need to get started with PEERO.

Implementation of the PEERO platform in the workplace will promote a culture of appreciation and company values by sending a digital compliment/thank you/greeting.

To start using PEERO you only need to do a few things:

  1. Choose the time period of your campaign (from date to date).
  2. Get access to your PEERO as an administrator (we take data protection very seriously and you will be asked to approve our data processing policies) - our team will arrange access for you.
  3. Customize PEERO's visual identity (instructions).
  4. Select a trial group of at least 15 colleagues.
  5. Inform your pilot about the digital "Recognition" campaign and what you want to achieve (example presentation, sample informative emails).
  6. During Peero trial you can test MsTeams and mobile apps.
  7. Import users into the system and start testing it by sending digital thank yous (import Excel template / AAD user import).
  8. Collect feedback from the pilot group regularly during the campaign trial.
  9. After the trial, summarize your results and discuss them with management - you will gain insight into what values are most visible in your daily work, how your pilot group interacts with each other, and what communication challenges you need to consider before launching the PEERO app for the entire organization.
