How to login Teams Peero App?

  1. Find Peero App in your app menu. If you cannot find it, let your Peero Admin or IT specialist know - they will set it up! Login with your Peero account in “Peero Web” view

  1. Once you have logged in, navigate to “Chat” tab

  2. In the welcome message click “Connect to your Peero account”

    <aside> 💡 It is important to connect the chatbot with your Peero account - if you don’t, you will not receive any Peero notifications in Teams!

  3. Give Peero permission to access Teams, select the account you wish to connect to (most likely, you will only have one option 😊), and click “OK”. Now the Peero chatbot is connected to your Teams app!

  4. After successful connection, you will receive your first Peero notification. You can access Peero chat both from the Teams app and from “Chat” menu.
