Practical tips for creating Peero Feedback module badges

To start using the Peero Feedback module, you need to create your own badges. Open Peero-> Admin panel-> Feedback. You can add up to eight badges, which colleagues will be able to use to provide feedback to each other.

Peero users tend to use the following badges:

• 🤝Thank you! -to thank for daily work, advice or help.
• 💡Creative -to highlight a colleague’s creativity and bright mind.
• 💟Care -to show that a colleague’s care are valued and does not go unnoticed.
• ⚙️Problem solver showing respect that a colleague is able to find a way out of even the most difficult situations.
• 🏅Leadership -for a leader’s worthy performance.
